A lot of Christians probably don’t talk about God as much as we should. We have a relationship with the God who has saved our lives! Yet for some reason it’s easy to keep it a secret.
We spent time this week getting equipped to tell people about God. We hammered out the core elements of our faith that need to be communicated and discussed our unique ways to do that.
We started out the week camping near the Myall lakes and finished the week back at the base due to some not so great weather!
Sam Peralta and David Stephenson spoke to us about learning our giftings and how God wants us to use them to change the world. We are so blessed to know God. It is an absolute joy to be able to communicate this to people down the street and around the world and it’s actually something God made us to do. We’re not meant to live our whole lives focused inward but to reach out and help others be saved and it’s life giving when we do this! The DTS finished the week more equipped to do this!
“For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?” Romans 10:13-14
